Mike Baird is a Partner with Kellem and Kellem, LLC.   For 14 years he has represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in real estate transactions.  Mike has the reputation of showing empathy for clients, taking the time to listen and work through every concern.  Clients feel comfortable calling Mike at any time of the day or any day of the week.  He is routinely available on weekends and during “off” hours to work through any concerns.   Real estate professionals know they can rely on him to answer the phone or respond quickly and thoughtfully.

Mike operates and runs the blog massrealtylaw.com; he enjoys speaking to realtor groups on legal matters.  Community involvement is a major part of his life. Mike has served in town government and volunteers in local family organizations.  His favorite Beatle is George.
