Attorney Howard J. Kelman joined Kellem & Kellem in September, 2020 upon closing his own successful firm, Serkey & Kelman, when his partner retired. Howard has been practicing law in Plymouth, Massachusetts since 1985 with a focus on representing commercial lenders, borrowers and developers in real estate, asset based and SBA loans. In addition, Howard represents commercial landlords and tenants, business entities and borrowers in a wide variety of commercial leasing and business transactions.

With over thirty-five years of experience, Howard has the knowledge, understanding and experience necessary to advise and represent commercial lenders and businesses in a broad array of business transactions throughout Southeastern Massachusetts.

Howard enjoys racing his daughter down the slopes, as well as golfing. He and his family reside in Hingham.

Education:

Attorney Kelman graduated from Brandeis University in 1982 where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law in 1985.
