Carol Baimas has been an associate partner with Kellem & Kellem since 2001. While she has more than 25 years’ experience in many areas of the law, her primary focus at Kellem & Kellem is in real estate, probate, and basic estate planning.

Carol worked as a staff attorney at the Board of Bar Overseers in Boston, where her chief responsibility was investigating complaints against attorneys and practiced general law for twelve years with the law office of John M. Doukas in Boston focusing primarily on real estate, probate and corporate law.

She graduated from Tufts University and obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
Outside of the office she enjoys painting, hiking, reading, travelling and cross-country skiing. She lives in Hingham with her family.

Education:

Carol received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Fine Arts from Tufts University in 1975. She obtained her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 1985.

Admissions & Affiliations:

Carol was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association in December of 1985.
